i was looking for a LW DD slide online and couldn't find anything in stock, so i contacted SSFG if they can make a custom DD slide for me. they sent me 2 DD slides free of cost just to try them out. all i can say is WOW.... there is a little to NO drag on all of my pieces. this thing functions like it's intended to. two thumbs up for SSFG for awesome custom job. this slide is just a proto type. i'm sure they will start selling it on ETSY soon after my feedback. thanks again SSFG! i'm pretty sure all slides can be made in any color or with worked sections and marbles.

Thats a pretty sick slide...I recently ordered one from etsy a few weeks ago but when I grind my bud, some of it falls through. http://forum.grasscity.com/toking-tools/558973-disc-diffused-slide.html Does that happen with these? I plan on ordering one from them next week when I get my inline, if the price is right. I like the one I got but the openings between the glass makes it difficult.
huge fan of SSFG. i would like to support them sometime in the future. i will probably buy a showerhead downstem from them at some point!
the bowl you have is pretty big. i don't use grinders. i just break up the bud with my fingers and dump it in the bowl. if you plan on ordering one from them, please let them know that you prefer a smaller bowl. like a snapper bowl.
the bowl is very large...but it is not very deep. The bowl maybe holds 2 hits out of my lux, which is fine for just me. I do have a grinder tho and like to use it so the spaces being so far apart eliminates the use of my grinder. I dont mind breaking bud up with my fingers, but I do like having some finely ground herb
Couldnt u just put a plug? (like every other bowlpiece?) Although you would need a larger plug... Anywayz this thread has inspired me to a get a sweet bowl from ssfg. Seems like ssfg really makes quality stuff (gonna hopefully get their inline a/c soon
that slide looks fuckin ballin...most of all the disk looks very even, id say thats as good as a LW if not better. the glasstafarian ones look crooked in the screenshot, like the disk is offcenter. picking one up on monday now, thanks.
