Sprinkler System: Administering Nutrients and pH Adjusting

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by solidcell, May 28, 2008.

  1. So I'm growing in my backyard where we have a sprinkler system. I tested the water and it's about 8.3. Problem is is that I'm using a sprinkler system (not hand watering), so how can I adjust the pH that way?

Also, I want to give them nutrients (Sensi Grow/Bloom A&B, and B-52), but how should I do it?

The sprinklers come on at about 5am I think.

Here're the links to the nutrients I'm using:
    Sensi 2 Part Formula: http://htgsupply.com/viewnutrient.asp?nutrientID=2494593
    B52 Plant Metabolism Booster: http://htgsupply.com/viewnutrient.asp?nutrientID=3741883

Just yesterday I transplanted them into the ground and they're all about 1 foot tall (I think they're all Indica or at least Indica Dominant).

Is there any way I can use the sprinklers and still adjust the pH and give them nutrients?

  2. im going to say no to this one. this sprinkler system is tied in with the city water or well-water. which ever you might have. only thing i can suggest is putting your nutes and what not down right before the water comes on.

  3. I came to the decision to buy a Reverse Osmosis machine early (I'm going to need it for indoor hydro after summer). So I'll just use that on these babies.
