what abouta spot in a small state park. people park there cars in a little designated area, walk a path and + fish here in a large pond and walk dogs, but there is some extremely dense bush off of that trail (actually not that far onto the path) and theres no canopy, straight sun. there is a massive amount of sticker bushes and some deer trials coming out of it. u think its too populated b/c its a little park and people frequent it alot, or alright b/c of the dense veg. i beleive it is one of those weekend fishing spots, so during week might have no people. i hate the idea of driving miles to the boundocks if I can get the same accomplished closer to home... whats ur opinion, thanks
hey, I am new to the game and still trying to think of a good spot like you are but I would seriously advise against this. Park rangers on 4-wheelers and in jeeps or even on foot go to a lot more places than you think, I mean thats their job to ride around all day and make sure everything is ok with the park so I think that even though you have some good vegitation cover you are still risking being discovered by smokey bear the park ranger, and also, depending on where you live and if they have had this problem before there is a chance of flyovers, now as far as incrimination, unless you were planting such as massive fuckin amount like hundereds of plant where they would get DNA tests and forensics involved, I wouldn't worry about getting in trouble if your crop is discovered in a flyover but they will destroy your crop and you may be out some serious money. Plus they may have some zonning bs where they can slap some big charges on you for growing on government owned land. Also keep in mind that in fly overs they use infrared cameras and the canabis plant uses so much heat that it practically fucking glows like a spliff cherry at night on their cameras so its really easy for the pigs to find your crop. I would just stay away from that. I actually have been considereing growing in a nearby park because it has this weird zoning loophole and apparently it is privately owned but it is used publicly but so many stoner kids drive through all the secluded parts of the woods on their bikes that my shit wouldn't last a week in there so I must consider alternatives...Hope you find a good spot.

dont do it this reminded me of a park near that might be the park but probally isnt but govt land is always watched in some form and a definate no no. also if people fish and walk there that means that its almost garunteed(sp?) to camp there. this leaves familys near by plants. familys have kids who just walk through the woods for no reason other than to explore. kids if they see you will know something was up its like a 6th sense we're born with but lose. also just having it being on govt property and there prolly are people on 4 wheelers going through and if you visit it to often youll begin to become a suspect i could go on and on with a list of why its a bad idea. but i wont make this post into a rant so in simple terms dont do it. find a nice pond on city property that isnt heavily fished like a swamp or resivoir. a swamp is ideal since bugs and other animals will keep away peopl and as long as you can manipulate it so the animals dont kill your plant itll be good. but yea find a pond on family or city property hats non tidal and freshwater and plant the plants within 10yds to be safe blocked of view from the water by brush 3-5ft above the water table so your plants tap root will tap into the water table allowing it to grow extremely fast. also if you fish you can use fish as a fertilizer since youre so close to the water and if sufficient light is given youll end up with a lush tree and a harvest thatll last you years.
guys, where do most of you grow. i mean, in the woods in a clearing, a field or what? i found some open areas in the woods (where its still inside woods but there is a nice little opening due to trees being taken down) and i was gonna put some in the sticker bushes and also around a pond, but i dont know how big the opening has to be. i could cut some of the small trees' canopy away around the pond, and that should open it up more. i mean, i dont know how to measure how much sun a spot gets, and i dont want to dig 50 holes to find out that its not enough light. One spot is right on the edge of a pond, and there are trees hovering over the edge from the wood side, but the pond side is wide open, i dont know if it will be enough - does it have to be completely open? I know it has to be open somewhat, b/c last year i grew in some pines and it didnt work at all. does anyone have any pics of there spot inside some woods? a pic of the clearing? i appreciate it, lol, thanks
