A spliff is just a joint with tobacco in it, right? Is this equivalent to smoking a cigarette after your done smoking? Also, does a menthol increase antbody elses high? Like, I can smoke a bowl and then smoke a Red, and the tobacco doesn't effect me. But if I smoke a menthol after a bowl, it's like I get twice as high..everytime
Well no, its the equivalent to smoking a cigarette while you smoke a joint. I personally like it cuz you get a little bit of a head rush as you head into the high.

Hate spliffs only because I am completely 110% against cigs. They led to the death of my grandma like 3 years before I was born because of emphysema. So I will never roll one myself. Now... if someone has a spliff, I'll still hit it, because hey, its a free hit or 2 of weed. But if someone wants to roll a spliff with my weed, hahaah you're a joke.
