I am a senior in high school and I am over 18 I have speech class as a elective and I am going to do a informative speech on the drug war I know a lot of people are going to criticize me talking about it in my class so I have to have valid sources. If there are any significant things you think I should talk about, let me know. I know I am going to talk about the basics like... the cost factor how many people die with illegal drugs compared to legal drugs I am going to propose a different way of fixing this issue like spending that money on rehabs instead of jails. Being addicted is a health issue not a criminal one. I know I am going to quote some famous people too
