even for supplemental thats good blue? for horizontal growth(leaf size) red? for stem growth (stem size) good luck
Im a fan of 4000k its very white. (4500k i think is like noon time) cooler- 5000-6000k are more blue, and ive used them in veg, works good for veg, and 3000k is more warm or as you can see red/orange is better for flower, but ive used 4000k for both with good success.
