So I'm 16 days into my first what I would call actual grow. My first grow was was some bagseed that I grew with a 600w hps in a corner of a room. It had a bunch of light leaks and temps were horribly high with no air movement. The bagseed was purple mr.nice guy. That plant ended up getting pollinated with what I think was bubba or master kush (also bagseed). So my current grow is Plants 6 purple mr.nice guy x unknown bagseed 3 unknown bagseed Grow equipment-in a closet 4x4 apollo tent 600w hps (gonna be upgrading to 1000w and moving the 600 to a veg tent) 6 inch vented glass bottom hood (in shipment) 6 inch vivosun carbon filter with a 6 inch inline fan pulling through it and exhausting to my bathroom currently. It will be exhausting into the attic whenever I climb my fat self up there and cut the hole lol. 6 inch fan to provide air movement Plastic tub with water and rag for humidity.(it works very poorly.) Enviroment soil and nutrients Fox farms ocean forest 33% perlite (might drop to 25% when I repot) Fox farms tiger bloom, big bloom, and grow big (also on the way) In solo cups right now with drainage slots cut. General hydroponics ph kit water ph to 6.5 ish probably gonna go to 6.0 Temperature 85° F 40% RH lights on 70°F 25% RH lights off I have a vented reflector coming in the next couple of days and will be getting that installed to try and combat the high temps. I also need to get a humidifier. I feel my humidity is way to low but I just dont have the funds right now. The pictures are from day 12. Ill get updated ones soon.When do yall think I should start with the nutrients, and with which ones? Most of this is just for my personal notes to be able to go back and see what worked for me and what didn't. Luckily I have about 500 of these seeds so I can afford to mess up a few times lol. If anyone sees anything I'm doing wrong or that I could do better please let me know. This is only my second grow and the first that I didn't just shove a seed into dirt and hope for the best. I am by no means an expert but I read alot. Thanks in advanced, Specops P.S. I have no military affiliation other than my son is enlisting. These are pictures of my first grow. It was just in the corner with a emergency blanket on the walls and on a piece of board to make a makeshift door. The yellowing leaves were after flush before harvest. I ended up getting a qp off of that plant. Unfortunately it was very seedy because it got pollinated by some unknown kush bagseed. It made pretty potent cannabutter though. so hopefully these plants will be pretty good.
Picture from day 15 they weren't doing so well. Overwatering combined with crippling heat and 10% humidity took its toll. I have fixed all of that by getting my air cooled hood installed and getting a cool mist humidifier. The second picture was when I still had my wing reflector installed.
