Hey guys, quick question, you know how when you top, you cut the very top part of the main stem, well i just cut the tops off of almost every stem in the plant, just as i would the main one. is that bad?
i know your only supposed to cut the top one but i have done what you explained above with other plants (not marry jane) and all the branches split off into two im interested to see if marijuana would do the same keep it updated with pics brotha! happy growing
It's called fimming. Where you snip off 80% of the new growth and 2 new branches form, for a total of 4 branches at that site...
As long as you still have leaves you'll be fine...it's going to be stressed and not grow much for a bit but it will bounce back and yes you'll have 2 new shoots each spot...it's going to be bushy
