Hey GC, I have an idea. Is there any way we could spam google with a search for "Marijuana" or some related keyword to make "Marijuana" pop up in the suggestion bar when someone presses the "M" key on their keyboard? Does Google work that way?
that sounds like a 4chan job and i don't get the point. i'm pretty sure everybody knows what "marijuana" is
"Marijuana" was just an example. I'm just thinking it would be an acchievable goal for getting the issue on more people's mind. It might not affect millions but it would sure be better than NOT doing it.
Then the world would think we were assholes and yes, we would get attention alright, but is that what we really want.
It used to be very easy to get certain results from Google. You could manipulate search results within a few days if you knew what you were doing. Over the years, search engines (ESPECIALLY Google) have become more advanced and harder to manipulate. Chances are we would fail to manipulate this because Google is good at detecting such activity. Furthermore, it wouldn't really accomplish much even if it did work.
Well the general consensus seems to be it's not worth it, but thanks for the replies guys. It was a high thought last night. Finally got to sample some of Atlanta's finest! Green Crack is very good to me.
