Soy Lecithin Optional?

    Can anybody confirm the recipe below and or tell me if the soy lecithin is optional or not. I could not find it ANYWHERE (OR sunflower lecithin). Anybody? Help?

    It is optional. Amazon is my go to for lecithin. I buy the liquid. I rarely use it though. I can't tell the difference.

    I will also confirm its optional I made oil for years without it. I do feel a little extra kick when I use it, though that could be psyco-symatic.

    I've made it in oil with soy lecithin and i was messed up..for hours
