Sound of Electronic Ballasts

    I was wondering if digital ballasts make any sound at all or are they completely quiet? Sligh humming? anything? Thanks.

    it depends on the brand/type of ballast, i have a silenced ballast and it makes not a sound.

    they are mostly silent.. some have been known to interfere with cable/satellite dishes on your tv or radio..

    can make a very slight noise ,yeh like humming, mine do. cant hear it if your 5 foot away from it.

    no problem if it does mate.:)
