  1. Ok, so I've done a lot of research and a little field testing and all seems well. While nothing will deter a starving deer this will make your plants their last choice. Blend:

    2 Beat & Sieved eggs
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce or 2 Tsp Cayenne pepper powder
    4 Tsp Neem oil
    2 Tsp NON-Antibacterial dish soap
2 Tsp Garlic Extract(Or garlic salt if you can't find it)
    1 Cube beef broth
    1/4 cup milk
Fill remainder with water and blend. Place in spray bottle.

This will not only keep them off your plants, it will keep them out of the area. Might repel hunters if their looking for tracks too.

  2. lol I'm guessing it smells terrible? I might have to try something like this soon. I have a perfect area to grow, but I'm worried about hungry animals. What is Neem oil?

  3. The garlic must be a good bet.

  4. A seed extract oil that is insect repellant, it is extremely effective, all natural, and no-toxic. Doesn't smell as bad as you might think, but it works great. The eggs are what mainly keeps the deer away, hot sauce works on the rabbits, neem on the insects. Garlic, beef broth, and milk are for all of them. You can do without the latter ingredients but it is more effective with them all.
