Sosos Brothers Grimm grow

Well I guess I will start a journal still haven't decided exactly what I'm doing but this is what I'm dealing with 5 strains all testers not sure how many of which yet will post more soon

 

3 weeks ago I started these around May 20 and only the strongest will move on to phase two it will be LED and HPS this time side by side

 

I had two in there never thought of that I may do it

 

thats why i bought the cage i dont want to seal off my grow space just yet and i live in a small place but making a scrog out of it sounds interesting

 

i will be getting that light soon enough i wont be needing it for another month or so i plan on putting these in 1 gallon pots and vegging under my MH light for another month or so I am trying something new to save energy and space

 

I ended up buying 18 1.5 gallon trash cans from Walmart for a buck each they are deep and perfect for about another month of veg I can fit them all in a 3 by 4 area under my MH light and just let them grow I will probably only transplant and flower the best ones more pics tonight

 

Ok transfer is complete going to veg these about a month now then transplant into ten gallon totes October first is estimated harvest Day also flowering this one in the kennel just for shits and giggles

 

about to get in there and top all these plants today they already are exploding with growth overnight i guess i mixed up a good batch of soil once again

 

Topping is complete now it's just a waiting game I'm in no hurry whatsoever going to keep them low and fat no leggy plants for me I believe I have 6 strains here not exactly sure how many of what yet I didn't bother checking but at least one of everything for sure I think three purple and only 1 Grimm glue made it

 

Yes this time I sure did probably going to use the same ten gallon totes again with one LED and one HPS to do a test on which light does better

 

i better clean that area a little better i got lazy but after reading about malik getting mold i am paranoid now

 

Trying something a little different I topped several days ago now I clipped both of the top fan leaves on each plant to let light in and the flowers to catch up it's nice doing a slow grow I can just take my time and I will only be transplanting and flowering the best of these probably about nine of them not for a long while though maybe 6 more weeks of veg looks like the hot weather will be hitting here soon my other experiment is doing fine I redid my LED light so the bulbs are closer together curious to see if it will flower a plant to finish before and after photos of my trim

 

thanks gm 714 for following along its going to be a fun ride i will be doing a side by side HPD vs LED but to be fair they are seeds not clones so it wont really count but i will just go by frostiness not that i really care thats just going to be my setup
