Hey there, I've smoked weed for over 11 years without any issues. But recently I had a strange reaction to weed. The back of my throat starts to feel thick and almost swollen like and it becomes difficult to breathe and I start having anxiety/asthmatic reactions. I know it's the weed because it only happens after I smoke. Our dude that we get from went to a new supplier recently and the buds are super dense and hard to break apart. It's also extremely Krystaly more then usual. Now I am allergic to mold. How can I tell if this recent batch of weed is moldy? Also is it possible to get allergie tests done for certain strains of weed?
Some ppl are allergic to some terpenes. Have ya tried smoking it from a bong to see if u get same reaction? Mold is really obvious looks like spider webs that u can pull off the buds. Powder mildew isn’t as easy to spot if you’ve never seen it.
You used the same method as you usually do smoke it? I know if i use a one hitter....my throat is gonna be KILLIN me later....
Try to gargle saltwater when you feel like you have a sore throat. Also, stay hydrated if you want to live longer.
That's a bummer. If it's asthmatic symptoms, it could be that you have developed it too. Try consulting a doctor... it's the best way to know how to resolve this.
