Soo since when have seeds been illegal?

    I always thought seeds were legal due to their lack of THC, or am I thinking of morning glory seeds or something else?

    Sterilized cannabis seeds (non-viable) are legal in the states, viable seeds have been illegal since the 1930's, I believe. ;)

    So if I bought seeds online, what's the worst scenerio possible?

    The only thing I have ever seen happen is your seeds get confiscated and a letter from customs is forwarded to you stating they took them.

    LOL! Well at least they are considerate and let you know who has your seeds.
