I'm surprised you're surprised really... FX pushes boundaries in a lot of their shows...they got away with a rape scene in Rescue Me and AHS (although that's more fantasy). Nip/Tuck was all sex driven. I would say SOA is the most violent... And when is old ass Clay not playing an angle, he's always apologetic and then turns into the snake he is. I wonder what will happen to his relationship with Tig...that's got to boil over soon. Edit: Fuck your riding days Clay!!! Muhahahaha
I just finished watching the first 4 seasons like 6 months ago and I've already forgotten so much of what happened. I don't remember Tig killing the Pope girl at all, can't remember some of the other events they talked about either. So anyhow, we've decided it's the 3 Nomad dudes who broke into Gemma's house and beat up Uncer (Unser?), right? And we're pretty sure Clay is behind it? Maybe? What was his goal there though? Is he trying to pin it on someone else? Pope's gang that I forget the name of? Which I guess could cause more drama between them, which I guess could interfere with the feds investigation... but that's the only reason Clay is still alive, so... what's his angle, man?
This was my first thought. His angle though? I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with regaining control over SAMCRO? With Jax possibly heading to jail that opens the door wide open for Clay. Just some thoughts.

The only people who know the full truth about everything is Gemma, Clay, and Unser. Clay was saying how he would take the shit JT wrote about Gemma to the grave, but I think that's his only card he has left to play, in order to keep Jax from killing him. He certainly can't defend himself. But...Unser loves Gemma, no way he would betray her. Plus after all these years he's kept his mouth shut and really is the only ally he has left. What would Clay have to gain by killing him when he's already a dead man? edit: This all comes back on Clay's LIES. Really the death of Pope's girl would be linked back to Clay because he lied about it being "blacks" who shot him. That's what set Tig off wasn't it, and he's been fucking Tig over big time and basically cost Tig is daughter...I wonder if he's just trying to back peddle like usual so he can buy some time from the real threat to all of SamCrow. Hmm....

Nah, Pope is too hard to get to. He's never "close" enough for anyone to get to him... It think Tig will go after Clay...I was reading an article where Kim Coates said Tig has absolutely not loyalty to Clay anymore and it takes Jax to kind of reel him back in...cause the 1st 4 episodes are really intense for the character. As well as the club... I swear to god, if Clay isn't dead by the end of this season, I will not keep watching. I hate him with a passion and I never trust his acts, and I just hope Jax can strike before it's too late. Fuck off Ron/Clay. You suck.
I like having Clay on the show, personally. I mean, I don't like Clay, obviously he's a big old asshole, but I think he makes the show more interesting.
I'd be happy to let the show die if it meant his death. Not even gonna lie. I might have to hurt Ron if I ever run into him.
Maybe a little off topic but when I started watching the show a few years ago with some friends they were a few episodes deep and they kept saying SAMCRO. In my head, I was like.. who the fuck is Samcro?! Where's he at?! Hahah. But for reals, Clays gotta go.
