something wrong with my knees,

  1. today me and my friend went mountain biking. i had a little wipeout, nothing serious im still all here same with my bike,

    but now my knees seem to hut when i move them. there a little scraped up because i landed on them, they dont feel broken at all. just tight. and the closer i get to say.. the bottom of a squat. the more they hurt (not a weighted squat)

    does anyone have any sugguestions? it doesnt feel like i need a doctor at all. but i wouldnt mind hearing some sugguestions.
     
  2. After you exercise a muscle that hasn't been used much for awhile, it'll feel really tight and maybe painful.

    Spend 20-40 minutes stretching and it'll feel a lot better!
