lol. I feel like no matter how long you’ve been growing for sometimes you will have a harvest that just works against you from day one- luckily I turned my issues around before they flipped into flower, through the whole bloom phase. They really had no issues. Maybe high pH here and there but live soil doesn’t really care about pH. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to liquid nutrients again.
Not only do I feel that the natural amendments are cheaper , but it’s also 10 times easier than having to mix a bunch of liquids together.. again if this works for you do your thing! lol. For my lifestyle and the amount of time I can spend with the plans top dressing is the best way to go because you really don’t have to be there every single day every single minute.. [IMG]

  2. Gave them one final feeding at a pretty high 850 PPM of the compost tea and molasses.. from here on out it’s just gonna be water and molasses water every other..

  4. I’d say do it as soon as possible I got it pretty late I put it in about when I flipped. It definitely helps retain moisture and helps the soil from becoming hydrophobic.

  6. lol. Dude honestly, I think it’s the overkill wattage that is giving me the really dense flowers. these LEDs are very powerful.

  7. We might have a side-by-side going, because I might have to finish out the rest of these, which I have no problem doing. I have like six of these left… (headband x c99) I mean, I could order some more, but I kinda wanna use up what I have. I don’t wanna let genetics sit. Especially some good ones like those.

  8. It’s actually starting to grow up into the canopy lol. Definitely very beneficial for the top soil tho..

  9. well after the dry you will really know the density believe me i just hung up some huge dense buds to dry and am shocked by how much they lost its not my first rodeo either but they dissapointed me very much i still have my moby dick getting ripe so i hope they end up dense between the 3 plants i just harvested i was hoping for close to a pound and its more like maybe 7 ounces now so i aint playing this next grow i am going wall to wall floor to ceiling I have the wattage I pull over 1400 watts at the wall

  10. Yea. Usually about 75% loss is what to expect from wet, weight to dry.

  11. I feel like that’s almost similar to mine, probably with The swap over for efficiency of the LEDs.. it’s probably very similar lighting conditions

  14. I use the brand that they have at Walmart and Home Depot. It’s called Primo. RO drinking water from Home Depot or Walmart or Lowe’s. They all seem to carry the same brand… I believe the pH is about 6.7 and that’s from the website, you’re supposed to bring your 5 gallon thing back and swap it out for a new one so you get charged less but I just pretend that I brought one every time because I forget lol

I’m definitely going to recycle all of the ones I don’t need when I’m done. If I can find a good water source, I can fill them all up and save them. Otherwise I’ll recycle. They’re very good for brewing compost tea

  15. The one thing I definitely would’ve done when I repotted into the final 5 gal was added some Myco .. I ended up inoculating the plants later. I think everything’s fine lol but that’s something I would’ve definitely done at the beginning.

  16. From what I understand the other dissolved solids and chlorine in tapwater alone can kill good stuff in the soil. again it seems to be working lol. This is my first organic run but I’m learning.

  17. This is why I always use a screen, bro it guarantees that I will have no spots where there’s light not being used just hitting the tent floor (again, of course, achievable with LST methods) but the screen just works really well for me and I can always enter through the other side of the tent if I need to mess with those plants
