I disagree. Who cares about this bullshit drama. Fuck MTV. Fuck Taylor Swift. I do find it funny that the number one celeb (Obama) chimed in.
Haha, if they weren't focused on this it would have to be on Somalia, Iran & Israel, China's actions towards the dollar, etc... And of course they don't want that.
But of course not. He just got "cool-guy" points from so many delusional youngsters. That should give him a few more months of breathing room.
Personally, I think Kanye was instructed to act like this. They're trying to legitimize him as a 'gangster' so they foster dissent amongst the public. Only problem is, Kanye is soft, and would never compare to a real gangster like Pac. Unfortunately for them, Pac and his generation brought what they are trying to create now a decade and a half too early. And that would be violent widespread dissent in the form of the 1992 LA riots.
i think its innapropriate for the president of the united states to slander another individual by calling him a jackass on camera no matter what he did
I don't think they're trying to make Kayne look "gangster". That went out the window when cried into autotune for an hour and called it an album. But Kanye should be placed on suidice watch now. Obama calling him a jackass probably really hurt his feelings. He'll probably go make another mediocore album over this. This is a great way to distract people, though. There are more important issues the president should be talking about than Kanye.
It was actually before the interview began, but I still think there's more interesting and important questions to be asked of the president, especially "off-the-record"; than what he thinks about Kanye's latest stupid antics. Having said that, I kind of agree with Obama too.
