Well, basically someone (who hates illegal drugs) said to me today: "The more you smoke weed, the less you'll enjoy things sober" I didnt know how to respond, but i have thought about it a bit more. Stuff I Do When High: Eat loads Laugh loads Think loads Talk loads Walk Loads Make music Write Stories, jokes, articles Listen to music Watch funny shit Sit Around Touch Myself Sleep All shitty mundane things that would be WAY more boring/difficult when im sober. Stuff I Enjoy Just As Much Sober, Sometimes More: A Good Conversation Hiking Eating Quality Food Cycling Really Fast Adventure Making things Touching Myself haha ETC I dont think people understand that marijuana, maybe its just me, isn't the absolute best thing in the world. There are things/experiences/activities that can be just as fun but not the same thing. Hell, im young and have had a boring life and havent experienced everything there is to do. I bet most of you can say that a relationship is just as good as weed. I only use the herb to fill the boring gaps between all the good stuff life has to offer. I mean, its a weekday, i have nothing better to do, nowhere to go and at home. I could either watch TV or smoke some weed then watch TV. I think you know which is more fun. Thoughts and opinions?
i agree, I think that people who smoke before everything activity they do cos they think it will enhance it need to try doing some stuff sober n see if it helps their life at all. Plus it makes gettin high n doing stuff a lot more fun, more like a nice treat than a constant thing, some shit is just better done sober, especially trying to mack the yatti
I wouldn't say that I don't enjoy things sober. Or any less. Sure I do. Chilling with family and all that. But when I am high, it kinda just enhances the experience, and sometime actually makes me more appreciative about the things around me.
