Something is eating the leaves of my plant (PICS)

  1. I have two plants that have been growing for about 4-5 weeks now. From the start one of the plants have always been a bit smaller but was still growing new leaves but just at a slower rate. The past week i have noticed that the smaller plant's leaves are being eaten by something. I have not noticed any caterpillars or any other bug besides pill bugs (roly-polys) and small black ants. I have also sprayed a pesticide on the plants made up of garlic, cloves, soap, water mix. I have never heard of pill bugs eating plants. If you have any guesses on what is eating my plant please post. The pics kinda suck but they may help. Btw the pic is of a leaf that fell of because it got chewed to much.

  2. The pillbugs primarily eat dead vegetation, and don't cause enough damage to a plant to be considered a pest. They actually help break down vegetable/plant matter so they are somewhat beneficial. I can't tell what kind of pest you have based on the pics. Try spraying with Neem oil or a insecticidal soap like one of the Safer brand products.
