Someone tried to shoot up my school??

Gist if you don't read it... someone walked into Ohio University's library tonight with two handguns and an extra clip of ammo. He was stopped by police with M16s when someone outside saw him going in and called. In the past 4 years in this town, I've heard of one murder, and some guy blocking a culvert has been the main criminal of the town for the better part of a year now. Two things I learned from this: 1.) I guess you're really not safe anywhere, if you almost get shot up in the library of a small college town at night and 2.) Even small town cops have M16s.
