Alright guys, scwhwag seeds. Pistals are white/brown. Im having trouble cause there growing tall and my HPS is burning the top of them so much one of my plants top colas is almost all brown. Probably dead cause of that. They look like they stopped growing, ROOTbound probably. Leaves are turning yellow and brown. The trichs look clear/cloudy. I haven't smoked in a week and need some bud! I wan't to start my next with some better genetics, and acutal ventilation. Someone tell me it's OKAY to CHOP! They are probably at 8 weeks flowering, maybe 7.
What are you using to look at the trichs? That's the only reliable way to tell if she's ready to chop. But why don't you just fix the problems you identified? Tie her down to reduce the height -- you can't bend her over like an LST but you can get the main stem on an angle that will reduce height a few inches.
Yeah i actucally have 2 that are growing higher than the light, tried to bend but did it too aggressive and now they are tied to stand up cause they creesed . One is quite short and the other is tall but i bent her over and it worked correctly and that was the one that has the top cola thats brown! So i trimed it off and its hanging for dry. Im giving them another week and then there all coming down! EDIT: Yeah i got a pocket microscope and am looking at the triches. I mean i've never ever gotten this much bud in my life and its scwhag genetics so im eager to start again with good genetics and acutally finish the cab correctly
Why not chop off what's getting out of control, that way you get some bud and the plant gets to live a few days longer.
