Someone help please! - Did I get ripped off?

    I bought some weed last night, which was my first time because usually I just smoke with people & pay them back or something.
    I got the weed and it was dark-looking and didn't smell as potent. And it was all clumped together, with a shitton of seeds & stems. I also had to scorch it to get a good hit.
    Is it old weed, or just bad weed? Or maybe a different kind?
    Sorry if this is an amature (sp?) question, but someone please help me out..

    Easiest thing is to google for bud pictures and get an idea of what it suppose to look like. You shouldn't be getting seeds and lots of stems unless you are paying rock button 5 dollar an eight prices or something.

    Pictures... man... pictures.

    Depends on what you paid and how much you got... it sounds like some pretty low quality bud. It probably won't light not because it's old but because it's been rushed out into the market like the rest of the brick weed and not properly dried and cured.

    Btw dude you don't have to be rude...
    I asked for a dub & that's what I got. It was 25 dollars.. there ya go.

    Looks like that shwig man. It looks really really fluffy, and it's kinda hard to eye ball it, but i'd say that looks to be a little over a G?

    Oh yeah, and yes you did get ripped. G's of that quality are $5 around here, and i'm assuming you bought a half 8 for $25.

    Yep you got ripped off looks like really bad quality and a dub isn't worth anymore than 20 dollars. I wouldn't even buy that for 5 dollars but live and learn everyone makes mistakes you'll learn better in the future :):smoke:

    Technically? Yes a dub is $20, but some locations people still call it a "dub" even though they're charging $25. I know a couple people who sell $25 "dubs," but they all generally have shit weed (granted, nowhere near this bad) and I avoid most of them anyways.

    We all make mistakes! Buy from the same person your friends buy from, and if possible, go to a deal with the friend they already deal to, that way they'll associate you with that person and hopefully not rip you off.

    Like everyone else is saying, you got ripped off.
    That's bad bad quality weed.
    Look up pictures of decent weed. And get a idea of what it should look like.
    Also get a trusted dealer!

    That's definitely more than a gram, but OP did get ripped off. Should be like a 10 dollar bag. Some nasty lookin shit. Roll it into a couple blunts, smoke it, forget it, and never buy from that guy again.

    The only thing is..

    He could of gave you way more than you purchased, which unlikely, but could = equavalent to good weed for what he owed you.
