  1. someone help in lighting?????
<HR style="COLOR: #ecfcb2" SIZE=1>although i read a lot...i decided cfl is the best cheap way for someone with low budget and 1-2 plants....i still have some questions though..

i ll fix a place about 1x1metres...with all what needs.

i decided for the frowing 2cfl daylight....would that be ok??
and if yes i m so confuse with the watt ..if its ok how many watt shall be each on of them...

for the flowering they say to use warm white,,does that mean to add for example another 2cfl or i take away the 2 daylight and i put 2 cfl warm white..or the 4 of them would be ok? or i need more? how many watt???

please someone tell me what would be the best low budget solution for my situation

  2. Usually people decide how much light is needed by a ratio of Lumens to the volume of space, not neccesarily watts.. but im not sure what the recommended amount is. Though I do know that you want as much light as possible during the flowering light cycle and more towards the warm spectrum.

I hope that helps a little. Check out Jorge Cervantes grow videos.. those answer all the technical questions. You can find bits and peices of them on youtube.

  3. Hi

You need RED spectrum lights for flowering. Get as much light as you can afford! IF u can get a HPS light then that will both veg and flower for you. More light=faster veg=bigger buds

    Hope this helps

  4. my opinion is no, 2 cfl bulbs will not veg 2 plants for shit, i would get at least 6 - 8 on there if you can, and try to get alot more for budding. CFLs are cheap! get as many as you can afford/fit into your grow room. you wont regret it.

  5. how many watt u think that should be each?

  6. if you have about 100 watts (actual watts, not equivillent, be careful here) per plant you'll be ok, of course the more the better, but that'll do fine. go ahead and use both day light and warm white. use more day light (blue spectrum) for veg. and more warm white (red spectrum) for flower. the flouroscent tubes work nice too.

it's hard to beat an hps for flower, if you can swing it, but if you can't you can still grow some nice smoke.
