Plants are looking alittle stretched, im guessing you are growing with fluros, you can have those bulbs pretty much touching the plant so id get them closer then what they are now to prevent any further problems in the future. Soil mixture looks good with the perlite and everything though. Best of luck to you bro.
i would mound up the dirt to about 3/4 to an inch below the roundish flowers ... make sure you have a fan running to make those babies a little stronger
The "roundish flowers" are water leaves and will die and fall off quite soon anyway, i wouldnt worry about putting soil up that far until the next time you transplant, but when you do, i would do that, roots will then start to grow from that stretched area on the stem.
