    One time I delivered pizza to Jawanio Tech. Its probably just as good as ITT tech or Gibbs etc. Any school that has a commercial on tv usually is GhEtTo. But yea, I have no clue what that pic means or why I'm posting this. whateva

    it seemed alot more funnier to men when i was stoned , but it is making fun of ITT Tech cause i see like 500 commercials..

    The caption is ridden with grammatical errors. But I don't understand who is being targetted in the (allegedly existent) punchline. YMCA? GED program? Tech Schools?
