Well one of my girl friends recently was messing around on omegle with one of her friends. They talked to some guy for like 30 minutes, and then showed him their tits "to compare bodies", in which time he allegedly took pictures of it where their faces were included. They didn't know he did this at the time, and gave him their phone numbers and Skype, because they wanted to talk to him more. So here is the catch. Both of these girls are 17. He texted the one girl I talked to like 4 days later, and threatened to post these pictures on the internet showing their faces if she didn't strip for him on the video camera. She refused, and he gave her a countdown and finally she gave in. So he claims he deleted them, but she still has Skype chat conversations with this guy showing proof of him threatening her as well as claiming he has pictures. She wanted to message this creep and pretend to be her dad, who she is claiming is a lawyer. She wants to show him how many laws he's broken by doing this. I told her to go to the police, after making her very aware of how stupid she was, of course. She doesn't want to because she is trying to get into college and doesn't want a bunch of this shit to get in the way of that. So not my life, not my decision, but any of you blades know what laws in California this would be breaking? I would like specifics, because she said shed send me this convo with him after she sends a ton of evidence to him, and I love a good laugh. Pretty much: -possibly possessing less than, or more than 25 child pornographic pictures of 2 different girls - blackmailing for more child pornography of one of the girls In California too, so any help? I will be sure to post his response to it too, so you a can have a laugh, as well. BTW, she isn't blackmailing him back, just simply telling him that he can be very, incredibly fucked for what he has done. No threats to him are intended

Naw 18 is legal age in Cali. And i ain't defending the hoe-ness of her situation by any means. I told her she was like 20 times. I DEFINITELY got that point across so since i finished scolding her, now I wanna see him beg to not go to prison.

Did she not think he would capture the stripping too? Take that shit to the police. Stupid random thought - You joined at 18 or older. So at least 19 now. Your girlfriend is 17. You state Ca legal age is 18. Are you boning her now? At least it is only a misdemeanor for you.
I think you want to be able to confront the man with his predicament and intimidate him. In doing so, you wish to be able to name the statute which he has violated. I can't help you there. However, very obviously, this man has violated a variety of state and federal statutes and has a great deal of legal exposure. Taking nude photos of minors is no small thing. Using the internet to distribute them is yet another serious matter. This guy has really fucked up, no question. I really wish I could be of more help on the legal research end of things.
Never said she was my gf. I have my own girlfriend. This is a girl I've known for like 8 years. And yeah, i know he is DEFINITELY fucked. I just showed her an article today of a guy from Cali who did this almost exact thing to a girl on FB and got 30 years. Sooo I told her to show him that. She's waiting on his response. Alert the authorities that a pedo is harassing underage girls on the internet. If he posts those pics on the net, hell go to jail. Or call his bluff and inform him of this...
