I have 2 plants under a florescent grow lite ,and one under florescent non grow lites ,I read that to save $ just buy one cool bulb and one warm bulb .The non grow lites are the smaller bulbs they sell now days and 32watt ,way brighter.. Anyway I pinched the top on my problem plant ( the one with dying leaves) and tied the top over so it was slightly below the height of the stem ..It started spouting little shoots upwards and is doing fine ..A few days ago I noticed on a few big leaves there was a kinda rust color in the center of some leaves along the vein.. it started speading outward and now several leaves have it ..The first to get it apear to be dying.. My other plants are in the same soil same room got the same miracle grow 20-20-20 one time 3 weeks ago ,and are doing just great.. The affected plant has great little shoots ,its just a few big leaves that are the problem.. Any advise ?
Maganese or Magnesium. It's really hard to tell a lot of deficiencies or overdoses look like others. Having a diary of what your doing helps down the road of what your putting into ur plant/when. I'd have to say Magnesium deficiency though, however I can't see your plant so it's your diagnosis.
would it be caused somehow byme starting to ferment wine in the same room? I started the wine about 8 days ago ,the plant started looking weird about 4 days ago..
