So I want to start growing very very soon and I had a couple questions. I have a garden outside that I take very good care of and I was curious as to if I could use THAT soil to grow my bud with. Bad idea or good? Also can you line the inside of a micro grow case with the shiny side of aluminum foil or is it a bad idea?
You can probably grow pot in that soil. Adding Perlite for drainage is a good idea. Pot likes an acidic environment, so checking the soils PH will help. ideally, it should be 6.5 to 7. Aluminum foil is not a good idea, too many hot spots. I paint my grow room with Bright white flat paint. Good luck!
