i have been germinating my seeds for about 4 days now and one of them has sprouted with a white stem commming out of it but the other 3 i have are still teh same as they alwasy were..shoudl i be worried abotu the seeds being bad.. Also everytime i come home to my seeds my paper towels are mostyl dry, so i take a small spoon a dn water it alittle so it stays moist, but i was wondering if pouring water onto the seeds is un healthy for them or will destroy them?? please helpp so i can start off my first grow!
I would suggest that you put your seeds that your germinating and the paper towel in a tupperware-like container. It won't dry out that way. You need to keep your paper towel damp or your seeds won't sprout. Also putting your germinating seeds in a warm place. That also helps. Sometimes it take a few days to germinate and sometimes it only takes overnight. Good luck and hope your seeds sprout.
