Hey everyone. I started my T-break last night, it's going to be for two weeks or so until spring break. I had volleyball practice today and I played way better than I usually do. I can tell it's because I'm more motivated and seem to have more energy since I didn't smoke the night before. It's almost like I was more motivated to do well today. Also it seemed like I had way more energy than usual. Up until last night (before the t-break) I had been smoking once a day at night time with my roomates around ~10pm. The night time smoke sessions were habitual and really fun. Although I love smoking at night with the roomies, I decided it was time to lower my tolerance a little and focus on volleyball and school for a couple weeks till spring break. I have no plans on quitting smoking, but I was wondering: how can I play as well as I did today without NOT smoking the night before (which means smoking the night before, sorry if it came out confusing)? Thanks -DEAN
