A friend of mine used to do that with a hydro system back in the day...I wouldn't call it a micro-grow due to the number of plants, but he used to be able to pull an eighth or a third of an ounce off one plant when it was finished. Not sure if I'd do a solo cup with soil, although I've seen people pull it off. Best of luck
