I haven`t watered my plant for 7 days now and the soil is still wet. Is this a good thing or should I mix in some perlite or sand next time I start growing?
i aint got much nolage about this..but i guess if your plant is small and your bucket or whatever is big it takes some time for the soil to dry up
no problems there your plants just not rooted the whole pot yet or gotten everywhere i happens to mine i have plants in 4.5 gallon buckets and the bottoms and the middle are wet every daybut the top parts like 75 % of its dry and the bottom is always wet plants not to big yet ive noticed as it grew more water went away
i got holes in mine but excess water drains but water always remains in the bucket its harder for it to dry up
thanks my plant is indeed a bit small for the pot and yea, I there is a hole in the bottom of the pot.
