So here's what im thinking, Im germinating 4 og kush seeds and Im thinking about soil mixture. The mix I want is 4 parts promix bx, 2 parts perilite and 1 part earthworm castings. Does this sound good? Last grow I had 2 parts promix and 1 part perilite and it seemed to work pretty well. This is going to be my second grow and im pretty pumped!
No such thing as too much EWC...within reason of course, I use 30lbs per 7 cu. ft or one bale of promix. Instead of perlite, look into a product called Par Boiled Rice Hulls. I like to use around 20% aeration.
For a nice starter mix you want 3 parts promix 3 parts worm castings 2 parts perilte/vermiculite whatever you preffer.
