Sup GC, Ok so my plants have been in the ground for 2 weeks. I vegged 28 days under cfl in my closet before i transplanted. When i dug my holes, they were big enough for a 4 gal pot of soil. I read the other day that its good to have a wide hole. Mines was abouta 18 inches deep by about 18 inches wide. My question is should i dig another 8-10 inches out on each side and fill it with soil so the roots have more room to grow. Under the soil is clay so i dont know how good the roots are going to deal with that clay. Im sure they are crammed in there..... what should i do?
