Soil ph

    it ain't soil then ...I suggest your tester is off

    All Soils will find and fix their own neutral ph,
    your local 711 has $5.00 pool strips that you test your pool water
    and worth a shot here, its a rough average

  5. your plants arent showing ph problems and if you were feeding a 5 they well would be really yellow ,i sugest a better probe

  7. If that’s what your doing 99% your reading is wrong. The only test I have found accurate results with so far is rapitest soil test kit. Everything else has been garbage. Aside from to $200-$500 lab kits you can buy which I haven’t bothered to test those because I simply don’t want to gamble that money on possible crap. Anyway, you’ll need to get water with a neutral ph(7.0) grab sections from different areas of your soil and then place in the bottle, shake & wait about an hour or so. The colour of the water once everything has settled to the bottom will indicate an accurate soil ph. I wouldn’t make any changes until you do this as I’ve found those probes to be as far as 3 points from accurate +/-.

  8. Its crazy cause I was thinking the same thing another tester pH at 6 tho I'm new and this looks like its going to be the one

  9. im doing a ph and NPK test tomorrow,if i can remember i will throw up how i do it for you,been gardening all day and took sample,so im dont for this day damn it was hot.
