Hi GC users, I just had an outdoor grow that failed..fucking slugs. Anyway, I did a lot of research on outdoor growing, and soil mixes. The best soil mix I found was a no-til recipe which relied heavily on worms eating through the soil and distributing the nutes. I guess this couldn't be done in a growroom? I'm planning to look into indoor growing, and was wondering if anyone could help, right give links to other threads? Cheers, GSY
As far as soil for an indoor grow, since you are a beginner, it would be best to invest in a bag of good formulated grow soul. Having the correct soil mix goes a very long way toward keeping the plants healthy. They need a VERY light and arid mix for killer good drainage. They hate constantly wet soil. You need to spend some time reading up on the indoor grow process, the equipment needed to make it successful and the estimated expense to put together something that will actually produce. Lighting is the key to the artificial grow. Each plant needs a ton of high wattage, high quality lighting to get decent bud production and growth. But it's way too much to jot down here.
Sounds like you need some ducks in your garden to handle those slugs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
