so i know fox farm ocean forest is premium stuff but if i cant get ahold of it what are some other alternatives and what are people using from home depo, lowes, walmart
50% hyponex (or any other plain soil, NO nutes) 25% coir and 25% perlite. maybe a touch of castings, or guano. just a touch though.
Most of the stores like that all have the same quality soil. Ive used super soil and it was decent. Any bag marked "organic" is usually going to be a better quality soil. You would be better off going to a garden only store. They have a wider selection / less likely to be infested with gnats and other bugs.
