what type of socket are regular, old fashioned home sockets? im on a website selling cfl's and they mention it is "medium screw-in" socket. would that work without any potential fire hazards on regular clamp lamp sockets? also, i was at home depot last night and looked in 3 different lighting sections and could not find any cfl's that were 6500k color temp. better chances at lowes? or just order online? thanks for the help so far guys, really appreciate it.
THey should say like "X" watt replacment bulb, as long as you have socckets for that waatge your cool. The majority of them fit right into your standard incadnescent socket.
