socket cord from HTG ballast cut. repair?

    i just really need pointed in the right direction....

    BUT...my 400w hps ballast by htg that you get on ebay for 119 had the socket cord cut.

    is there any way to replace that?

    Yes you can just splice it no problem. I take plugs from dead appliances all the time and reuse it on grow equipment.
