    you cant, but spores can be sent to all states except cali where spores are illegal

    I think so long as they havent been dried they are legal, at least where I am.

    spore syringe's are perfectly legal, because they do not contain the specific chemical that is illegal in them. thus making actuall mushies illegal but spores not
