  1. no matter what i do every single harvest i manage to get mites, is there something im doing wrong? ive used countless different pesticides but they always seem to come back in a couple of weeks. Are there any better ways to deter mites?

  2. i normally wouldnt recommend this stuff but try forbid. the stuff is super toxic. you will need a mask googles and full body covering. you need to wait at least a month before flowering. i had spidermite issues for a long time and tried everything. i sprayed with this stuff once and i havent had a mite since. spray the walls and everything for best results.

  3. nice thanks, yeah i was using organic mite spray and it was keeping em under control for a long time, but it pretty much stopped working so i moved to an aerosol mite killer called spidermite knockout. gotta wear a mask n goggles for that stuff too, says not to get on skin, but ive almost gone thru a whole can in about a month, and ive still got mites.

  4. Outdoors - it cant be helped.
Indoors - it can be helped...

If youre indoors, the room u are using is contaminated,
from the very first appearance of the (Spider Mites ???).
After an infestation, everything must be thoroughly
    decontaminated.

Use Neem oil as a preventative maintenance program,
    indoors and out.

    Freak
    :smoke:

  5. out doors u can introduce predatory mites.

  6. all indoor, in the basement/bedroom. my very first harvest i dont think i had any but i had some weird flies all over the soil, once i got rid of them the mites started in. longest they have been gone is like a month and thats when i got my new grow tent.

  7. Safer insect killer is a good product, Dr. Bronners peppermint works wonders too! the thing with spider mites is that they reproduce faster than shit so you have to spray ferociously and often at least every 2-3 days. As Freakbro said Neem oil is great make sure to use even after you 'think' they're gone. I have devised a dunk method for eradication on plants, simple make 5 gallons of neem solution, cover soil, dunk and shake off excess make sure to not do it to a plant right out of the light. Or put it under HID's for a few hours. Note only do this in veg not flowering plants.

  8. in flowering now so gunna go back to some organic mite killer and try the neem oil until the next set of clones. probobly just have to let these grow out and decontaminate the grow tent and everything before i start a new set of clones :( screwin with my perpetual grow

  9. I'm tearing my room apart in an effort to eraidcate the little bastards! Screwing up my harvest cycle, but I'm tired of messing with them. THEN, it's all about a sterile environment. A pair of coveralls that will never be worn outside or for any other purpose. Thorough dunk of all clones entering the room. SERIOUS pest control along all perimeters of my room as well as outside the house. Bleach and water, then neem. Argh!

  10. I have got a brand new spider mite product that we are testing out.
