Hydro will be impossibly difficult at that small of a size. You need a 5gal bucket for bubble bucket method to work. An good luck fitting a 5 gal into a pc case lol. Soil is your best bet. Will be an easy learning process for you, then later you can apply your new skills to hydro. That's how I did it. Try newegg.com
I would just make sure to get a tower case (taller) that is gutted as in no parts you will have to remove on the inside. I would definitely suggest as much width on the case as possible as your plant will need room to collect its energy. Certain reflective material will lower heat, keeping it reflecting to the plant and not making an oven out of your case, not kevlar though, and also get some air out/intake. When growing you will probably need to be real specific or careful on the amount of time you veg it so it does grow out of your case before its done. Hydro is a little bit unrealistic on space concerns so stay in soil and IMO organic. Good luck
