1. California is a sovereign state which means it does not follow under federal laws, so the feds couldn't really re-ban it. 2. It is still possible that a federal officer (which don't usually just patrol in random states) can get on your case about it, because the sovereign movements and states are just resolutions, which pretty much declares the states are determined to become sovereign. 3.
