And Im seriously fucked up...every morning I hack up like 30 blackish/yellow mucus tar balls and my nose wont stop running because they're coming out of there too, Ive also coughed up blood this morning. Man cigarettes can do quite a number on ya thats why I suggest you stop smoking them, because Ive never felt worse. I dont think I can say the same about weed though. Anyone else have horrible effects after quitting cigarettes?
Your having these AFTER smoking cigarettes? I would stop if I could, but personally until I find a method that works for me I'm not even going to try, I made the decision along time ago to smoke which was a dumb ass decision but now I have to deal with it. And everytime I try to quit I become this huge ass-hole. Besides, I enjoy a cigarette every now and then but thats probably the nicotine talking.... I think I'm going to try hypnosis next and if that doesn't work I'm just going to try the cold-turkey method and stop.
Hypnosis? Come on man, you don't need some dude putting thoughts into your head to quit smoking. Just do it, and get it over with. I should really follow my own advice
I never had any really negative effects when I quit just over a year ago (!!), what helped me out the most was the patch. I tried cold turkey and the day my GF went in to the hospital (3 days after I started) to get her gallbladder out, the stress was just too much and I bought a pack 2 weeks later, I quit again and started on the patch... havent had a cigarette since! (aside from the very rare social smoke while drinking, oh, and cigars... i will NEVER quit smoking the occasional stogy!)
I've tried to quit, I really have, but it is so fucking hard. Right now I am just saying fuck it, but I might try again soon. FUCK cigarettes man I hate those fucking things
You'll experience it for about a week or so. I've been off and on smoking for a while now, and whenever I stop smoking, I always get some nice mucous being purged. When it all comes out I guarantee you will feel much better than when you were smoking.
NIce quitting the cancer sticks bro. I quit those fucks a few months back and it's definitely a wise move. Good luck on staying off those things.
Yea probably one of the smartest things ive done in a while, I just stopped with no patch or gum and it wasnt that hard, believe it or not. I have been smoking since I was 14 and I'm into my 20's now. I had like 2 or 3 cravings where I was about to get in the car and buy a pack but I just dont feel right throwing my money away like that.
