so i just ate 4 double hamburgers

  1. i didnt anything all day (only 4-5 hours) and i was mad starved to the point that i wasnt hungry anymore. got 4 double HAMburgers and banged them in my mouth. i normally eat 3 but i downed all 4. thats over 2000 calories in one meal :O surprisingly have a 6 pack and obliques even. one thing that no one says is a positive in these burgers is the mass amount of protein. more protein then fat suprisingly, which for someone who works out is amazing.

    can you eat alot? calories a day/meal? chuck lidell has to eat like 4000-5000 calories to maintain weight, i can prob that much too. pretty beast. getting high after being full = win win weiner
     
  2. i eat an unbelievably amount of meat and grains/nuts im a sober salad person too, gatta have your other greens too.
    and one went to in n out and ate 2 4by4's with animal style fries, it was amazing.
     
  3. its funny you ask that,because for a few days i kept track of everything i ate,and it turns out i dont really eat alot (maybe to some) but i have a horrible diet.

    cup of soda
    meat loaf dinner
    3 glasses of soda
    some popcorn
    turkey sandwich
    some cheetos
    glass of milk with some chocolate animal crackers
    2 glasses of apple juice
    meat loaf dinner
    glass of milk
    20 oz bottle of pepsi throwback

  5. is this what you ate in one day and in this order. ya cut the sodas and replace em with some nice juicy fruit (mmmm really ripe sweet ass peach is good).

    its in exact order.haha im telling you man.horrible,horrible dietary habits.not to mention calorie intake.

    haha just watch out alot of suger will casue acne and it just bad for your health in general
     
  8. I eat anywhere from 2500 to 3000 calories a day, all from fat and protein. Can't have carbs. I do eat a ton of veggies though, so it's all good
     
  9. i usually eat around 4000 calories a day..again meals with lots of lean protein like chicken and fish (love it)..but below that i eat lots of yogurt and my favorite munchie food carrots and celery with ranch..yummmm

    but i do alot of cardio work, and that helps my metabolism..
