I used to have this big birth mark lookin thing on my side that was super embarrassing. I never wanted to take my shirt off because of it. I hated it so much. A few years ago I went to the hospital with appendicitis, and while I was in surgery, they removed the birth mark thing without telling me because "it could become cancerous in the future". I didn't give a fuck. That thing was hideous. Now when people see the 4 inch scar, they ask me what the hell happened. I'm so embarrassed by that birth mark thing that I tell them I was stabbed. I don't like lying, but god damn. "I had this shit brown thing right there that could have been cancerous." isn't really something I love sharing with people. I'll tell them about my appendicitis scar. I don't give a shit about that. At least that's normal...
birth marks are nothing to be ashamed of. I've seen plenty of ppl with birth marks right on their face.

damn i hate it when people ask me about my scar too. its not embarrassing but i don't particularly like it, its ugly haha but oh well, nothin we can do about it. i had an appendicitis too. i also have a birthmark on the back of my thigh in the shape of a dolphin
My birth mark is on my wrist, and barely visible (Does everyone have a birthmark?) As far as odd shit from birth is concerned I was born with a small ball of some magnetic metal in my right middle finger. I discovered it when I was young while twirling a strong magnet on a string around my hand. One time it just stuck to my finger. I went to the doctor and they had no idea what it was or how it got there, but its doing no harm so they left it in there. It was a wicked trick in junior high, lifting my skin with magnets and shit.

Dude literally almost the same thing happened to me. I had one on my back that might have been cancerous so they removed it and i chose to get one removed on my chest and now I use the scars as stab stories.
Haha I have big nipples so I don't like taking my top off either. But tbh if I woke up from surgery without them then ... Nah fuck it I'd be happy, I'd say an alligator molested me or something
i have a story for each scar. it gives you a common thing to talk about with a chick. like "hey u got any cool scars?"
