    I've got a 2mg yellow bar, is it even worth eating? Just one? I've heard to take like 4mg to feel something?

    if u have no benzo tolerance

    1 bar will have u feeling aight... i mean 2 would be better but for a first timer 1 bar is fine.

    Drink a beer or 3 with it

    and smoke weed, it really helps with the effects
