I was browsing through Spanish Civil War photos and found this. Does anyone know what sort of car this is? Thank youu!!
military vehicles, most likely powered by a Caterpillar Diesel. some could even be "half-tracks." looks like a picture from a storage yard or something. i live 12 miles away from BAE(British Aeronautics & Engineering) i see military vehicles being transported on I-10 all the time.
Take in mind many of the vehicles used during the spanish civil war were just vehicles they got their hands on and they modified them to be military vehicles. By the looks of what can be seen in the pic it was probably an Amoured Truck. After a few minutes of searching I couldn't find anything simmilar but if you search for Spanish Civil War Amoured Trucks you see what I mean by modified vehicles.. they got some odd improvisations that look like something out of an A-Team episode lol
